Well, the entire sonnet it is making his beloved mistress sound absolutely horrible. Everything he says about her is negative and then the last two lines he says that he loves her still and that she is special.

Normal sonnets are very lovey dovey and all too mushy. This sonnet was, for the most part, negative.
