Our country?... You mean the one we
ripped off from the American Indians?

Ya know James the people our ancestors
fought have the same "freedom" we do.
I wonder was the battel about freedom
or were they simply fighting over who got
to steal "our" country from the Indians?

If I gave my children land and they fought
and killed each other over it. I don't think
I'd be too pleased... I suspect God wouldn't
be either... The earth is a gift that doesn't
and shouldn't be owned by anyone. The wars
our ancestors fought weren't about freedom
they were about wealth and power.
