Hi Lisa, it�s funny about your dislocated shoulder because I have similar problems. I�ll explain how it came about. When I was a teenager, I used to have this recurring dream that my hands were tied behind my back and my hands were lifted upwards by a pulley until I was hanging by just my arms. My arms of course dislocated. It was a different time, maybe the Spanish Inquisition? I was being tried as a witch and they were trying to get some kind of confession from me. To this day, I cannot sleep with my arms above my shoulders, they lock up, and it is very painful to bring my arms down.
