Subject: SLEEP DISTRBNCE ALIENS & ELVES

Before anyone thinks I'm crazy, I've had psychic viewing capabilities most of my life. I've seen things materialize physically, as well as ghostlike, and especially just feeling presences and visualizing them in the "mind eye." I know these "visions" are not madness because many have shown me hidden knowledge or predictions of future events. Most of my close friends can verify this.
On to sleep disturbances. I used to be able to sleep 1 - 3 hours without waking up. the past few weeks thats changed. Last night was the strangest. I slept in cycles of minutes only, until about 3:00 am. Sleep for 5 - 10 minutes, awake, sleep another few minutes, awake. On/off, on/off.
The first time I fell into the "inbetween state" not quite asleep but not fully awake either. I've had many clear visions in this state. Last night it lasted longer than usual. I saw a hooded skull faced being, like a Reaper, then a yellowed skull from a top view, then several black aircraft, mostly WWII type, including a black Japenese Zero. Then I felt a probe that pushed against my lower left eye tooth. It was like an etheric probe that pushed into the tooth from top to bottom, almost like a small finger going through the tooth. This woke me up and I banished the unseen source of this disturbance.
After that my sleep was on and off every few minutes till 3. Sometimes I'd feel like something was in my room and wake up to look around.
Lately I've had a number of "visitors" from the etheric or dimensional planes: Aliens, Elves & Faeries, human astrals, and one Cat! Two types of alien while awake, one in an inbetween state, and two in dreams. So, 5 different kind of Alien, including traditional 3' tall greys, "Blacks" that were just like greys in shape, only black colored. And a large thing like a snail without a shell, with a long neck like a sauropod dinosaur, no eyes, and a mouth with little needle teeth. It bent this neck over and grabbed a glowing white thing (?) in its mouth, lifted its "head" and began to chew it up. This Alien creature was brown with elongated yellow spots.
The Cat that appeared in a translucent form, I knew who that belonged to, and it had come from about 1,000 miles away. The Elves I don't mind. They scurry about as "Perefrial" beings. I'm just catching little visual glimpses of them. They are 12 - 18" tall and like to go up on my bookshelf where I have several books on spirituality and quantum physics. They must follow me home from the forest where Elves and Faeries live. I'm not bothered by their presence. I know Elves are real because I have a photo of one taken in Maine in 1997 that may someday get posted on this site. It may have been an Elfin/Alien hybrid because it was grey.
In my life it seems there are times where a psychic window is open for me to detect such things. Other times I see nothing for months> Since around new years I've experienced these things daily.
January and Febuary seem to be the months this "psychic window" is open and I get spiritual insights most. Things happen on a daily basis in those months. 1993, 1999, and 2003 have been the heaviest activities during those 2 months. They seem to occour in the 2 and 1/2 months before the Spring Equinox, and then on a lesser scale around the Autumn Equinox and after, September & October. So maybe the Equinoxes are a key to these experiences. At other times of the year things will happen, but not daily, just randomly once in a great while.
Since there were Aliens involved in a lot of this and that probe thing last night, I thought I could post it here.
