Well I'm sort of a new fan of the show too. I started watching the show regularly in June/July 2001. Before than I heard of the show from other people and watched it a couple times. What got me hooked on the show was a WL marathon on Comedy Central. If I remember right it was shows from season 10 where they filmed in California.

I'm with you that I hope they will start taping again. Ever since I became a fan of the show, it's been a dream of mine to travel to California to see a taping. (Also go to all-stars show)

I can see that setting up/writing for the website would be fun. It's interesting to read all the different articles on the performers and fun to talk with people about the show.

Do you guys have favorite improvisor(s) or a favorite game?
