This just in from Michel Valladon (French Judge):

New rules since JAN-01-2003 :

1 : BREVET

the BREVET will be awarded only to a dog who obtains

at least 80 points out of 100 (including General Outlook)

and at least 80% of points both for defense and face (=24 points)

2 : In the results of a Ring trial there will be QUALIFICATIONS (ratings) in EACH LEVEL (not only in Ring3) :

RING 1 (200 points)
RING 2 (300 points)
RING 3 (400 points)
EXCELLENT (EXC)
Excellent
80 % of points
> or = 160 points
> or = 240 points
> or = 320 points
TRES BON (TB)
Very Good
70 % of points
> or = 140 points
> or = 210 points
> or = 280 points
BON (B)
Good
60 % of points
> or = 120 points
> or = 180 points
> or = 240 points
NON CLASSE (NC)
<60% of points
< 120 points
< 180 points
< 240 points
