Dear jennifer,
I can understand you're feeling overwhelmed at the moment. I had times like that myself with two little ones under the age of two (both in diapers). You need to find a network of support - seriously - get into a church - or call your friends and family and reach out. We all need a little help from our friends now and then.
An abortion is a permanent answer to a temporary problem. It will not help you in the long run - if you believe in God, (which you indicated) you need to pray to Him and understand He has BLESSED you with this child and wants you to have it. It is a GIFT from Him. He will give you the strength to see this through - God never puts more on you than you can handle - but if He does, then he will show you a way through it - without breaking His commandments.
Call a close friend and have them come over and spend time with you. Confess to your husband/boyfriend how yo're feeling about all this and then see a counselor or preacher if need be.
