Dear Shay,
I'm glad you posted here. You are grieving your loss, and it helps to "talk" about it - express your sadness, etc. You said you went to counseling - but it didn't help. Perhaps it wasn't the "right kind" of counseling for you. I think it's important that you find the right kind though, and try again. You cannot let the depression swallow you up.
There are centers all over the US that offer FREE post-abortion counseling. Go to this site:

Please pursue the healing that you need for this. No matter how you lost your baby, it's still a loss and it's still painful. You're pretty young to be facing such big issues and you need some support.
The board administrator here also offers post-abortion packets - just email her for that free info as well.
