I had an abortion one year ago this month. I wanted my baby very much and talked with her everyday. Her father said he rather take his own life then have this child. I was torn in both directions and finally took my childs life. She had only me to stick up for her and I didn't do that... I let the father make the decision as if I had no thought or opinion on the matter. I hate myself for that. You have taken the first step by posting on this site, you are in search of healing and there are many people here who would love to help. I am still healing myself and just recently realized that I have been just burying my true feelings for the last year because I had no one to share this overwhelming guilt with. But you are not alone, you have all of us here to confide in... I have had to lean on a few woman from this site and have learned that without God's help I could not even fathom the idea of healing.
