mrs_ladybird, I appreciate that we share the same view on these matters. Naturally such maternal control needs to be implemented, which I would argue depends on the individual case. In any case though, the mother's care for her son will require her to be informed about the boys physical development, which will require for the boy to be entirely nude. This is not an shameful act for the boy, as his mother knows him since birth and there should be a bond of trust and affection. As you have rightly suggested, the mother will have to personally insure a normal testicular condition and the free retraction of the foreskin and full disclosure of the penis head.
