Personally i'd be in favour of Trent Barton running all of the City's bus operations, Arriva is a money making company, Trent were in favour of merging the "Zig Zag" and Arriva day ticket into one ticket for use on all Derby busses however Arriva were not.

Personally i'm all in favour of the return of DCT but I doubt it would ever happen, prior to De-regulation much of the fleet was modernised with new Fleetlines, Ailsas and Citybus's. Today we put up with the same old shabby 20 year old Citybus's on many routes, which should really be in a museum or on school bus runs.
