Hello professor,
Well I read some of the replies and I guess I don't have to feel so bad. Several of the students are having problems with this web thing (portfolio). Do you think you can take some time in the class to do some hands on step by step instruction at the lab or maybe in audio visual at library/you know with the big screen? What do you think? If it's not possible okay.
Oh, by the way the TESOL convention was excellent. I enjoyed listening to Dr. S as well as Dr. Shan.
Some students reported as well and did a good job. A professor mayaguez gave some insight to activities she uses to get the kids to open up in class.I plan to try some of them next semester. God willing I'll see you in class. Bye for now.
Yvette
PS. Don't stress on the peer evaluations. Most of us really do have a heart, we just get side tracked on stuff that really doesn't matter. Some people just really have a hang up about grades and being what they feel is # 1, at any cost. Sad, but true. Guess what the sun still came up the next day. God is good. Bye again.
