Subject: Warped Devotion is ... good?

Nowadays, most talk hovers around a very small number of topics in this mill ; one of these is the warped devotion deck. When you hear the word "Warped Devotion", you probably also think about a few names, like :
# Washout
# Recoil
# Boomerang

Those are the first to come to mind, but definitely not the most important ... MEGRIM ! !
Infact, this card has really been put back into 7th, so rejoice ! !
One can easily guess the major part of the metagame that way : devotion and anti-devotion. I mean, with such a fast, yet controlling deck, you could do this :
Turn 1: Salt Marsh
Turn 2: Island (you can counterspell any mean spell)
Turn 3: Swamp ; Megrim
Turn 4: Swamp ; Warped Devotion (if you have the mana you can play some screwy spell : vendetta ...)
Then you can just choose whatever to play ... awesome.

Another way to play this would be :
Turn 1: Swamp ; Dark Ritual ; Megrim
Turn 2: Island (The other guy might believe you have a daze)
Turn 3: Swamp ; Megrim
This makes for a faster start. The only modifications would be :
# Putting in 4 Dark Rituals
# Changing the salt marshes into islands
But I personnaly think Dark Ritual is mostly a big slowdown, even though this part is noteworthy.

The actual problem of this article would be to find suitable cards AGAINST this deck ... since i'm very interested in trying to guess what the metagame will be, I would love to receive feedback (please?)

Yours sincerely, Verdeloth

As a Post scriptum, i'll add my personal deck list (please, feedback on that too)

Land (21)
8 Island
8 Swamp
4 Salt Marsh
1 Underground River

Discard stuff (23)
4 Warped Devotion
3 Megrim
4 Recoil
4 Lobotomy
4 Wash Out
4 Boomerang

Anti-creatures or Counterspells (12)
4 Spite/Malice
4 Undermine
4 Counterspell

Creatures (4)
4 Urborg Drake

This makes for a very agressive deck, totalling exactly 60 cards.
