Here is the Rub and Mop for the beef ribs

Here is the rub and the mop for the beef ribs I did.

Rub:
Equal Parts of Salt, Pepper and Paprika.
Mix them all together, separate the ribs, then cover the ribs with the rub, not too heavy but enough to cover them.

Mop:
1 1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp garlic powder
1 1/2 tsp dry mustard
1/4 tsp ground bayleaf (optional, I don`t use it)
1 tsp chili powder (a little more if needed)
1 1/2 tsp paprika
1 tsp Luisianna hot sauce
1/4 cup worchestershire sauce
1/2 cup heinz apple cider vinegar
2 1/2 cups beef stock (either powdered or premixed)
1/4 cup cooking oil

It is a basic mop but it sure goes well with the beef ribs.
