Thanks for your message and your emails, Barry. I'll be cranking up the smoker bright and early tomorrow a.m., I plan to do a brisket, some pork ribs and two "beer butt" chickens. It'll be a busy day, stopped at the MLCC just to make sure that I had enough supplies to last through the heat ! :) I picked up some "Royal Oak" lump charcoal at Crappy Tire, hopefully it'll light easily enough without lighter fluid.
