Welcome Dwayne. Sounds like you are going to be busy today.
Both Barry and I are located just outside Winnipeg and we are looking for people like you who are interested in this style of cooking and maybe getting together for a mini-cook. If you would like you can drop me a private e-mail with your address and phone number, as I work in Winnipeg during the week and maybe we could hook up. I am cooking some chicken and ribs today, just practising for the Brainerd competition next weekend. then I have to get everything ready to leave on Thursday. Hope to hear from you soon.
