On December 4, 2010, the Alzheimer's Foundation of America presented its inaugural "Together for Care" telethon to support individuals with Alzheimer's disease and related illnesses, and their caregivers.

I really love the acoustic version of Hold
On. I wasnt impressed by the live version of the xmas song. I heard them sing better.

By the way ... is it me or do you also think that Carnie is putting on some weight? It looks almost like the Carnie from the 90's pitty. I hope she will lose some weight in the future. Its much healty for her. Thanks for the link.
