I really don't understand what is the idea of the producers, all this is absolutely wrong. What kind of audience they expecting to buy this album. People that recognize these tunes, surely will be confused like me. Young people will never be attracted... Once again, I hope that this is one and only my opinion, and I'am the only "die hard" that is disapponited of that ambitious and devastating "skinny blond" influence in the group. The biggest news out now is the rumor that Chynna is going to be on this season of Dancing With the Stars. She has not confirmed or denied it on Twitter, so we'll have to find out live this Monday night (during Bachelor Pad) if she's going to be on. New album: Carnie confirmed on Twitter that Monday Monday is going to be one of the songs they do on the album. Since they already did the song seven years ago, I'm going to assume that this time it'll sound more like the original. If a singer is in the cast, they sometimes show up in future seasons to perform on the results shows if they have something to promote. Since the season after this starts around the time the new album comes out, Chynna on the show this season would guarantee that WP shows up next season to promote it. I'm really disappointed, especially with all the talk about how the next album would definitely be an "original" album. I have a feeling that the decision was not WP's, just like what happened in 2003-04. I think it'll be nice to hear them sing the Beach Boys/Mamas and Papas songs they didn't do on California or that "Songs For My Father" CD, but I want originals, dammit! :) Somehow I doubt cover versions of California Dreamin' or Good Vibrations would play on AC radio. It gave us a lot of well known features like in fbook or Myspace and even more, but without their limitations and it's only for WP admirers and WP stuff. My idea is to consolidate WP community over one non commercial, open place for every one that likes WP music and stuff. A place for unlimited communication between WP admirers and WP at all. A place for sharing ideas, resources, pictures videos and etc. This alpha version is only primary version, it will evolve but not without your help for testing or even crashing it. Baldwin, now filming "Gossip Girl" in New York, was shocked when Phillips instructed her lawyers to file in Santa Barbara. But after an emotional weekend, the singer -- who just completed treatment for anxiety following months of stress -- told her attorneys to withdraw the bombshell divorce filing yesterday. -- Last fall, Chynna, who said she had "personal struggles" with the news, admitted to People magazine: "I felt like all my plates were in the air and at any moment one would come crashing down . . . [I was afraid] I'd lose my footing and collapse into a puddle of tears." People also described how Phillips was emotionally torn by leaving her children when she went on tour last year. She added, "We all have days when we feel like we're tripping over ourselves with deadlines, children and husbands." They followed by sending her personally autographed CDs and photographs. The same year the band released, Goodbye Carmen, on Shadows and Light. Always wondered if it was about her at all. After many years of struggle. Carmen is well and 25 today. She loves music and singing more than anything on earth. I would love to get her back in touch with Wendy. Can anybody help?
