There are many fruit beers and most of them do seem to come from Belgium (At least, all ours seem to). In Belgium you can't advertise beer, so to promote your beer you generally have the glasses on show. I'm sure some snobbery does sneak in as some of the glasses are very ornate/novel and not particularily easy to drink from. I've noticed that the trend is becoming popular here too.

�3.90 a pint? I went to the Light Bar near shoreditch and paid �2.50 a half, to their credit they did ask me if I was sure whenever I asked for a pint... I wasn't in a round for long ;)
