ACCORDING TO MY MEETING TODAY ON 1ST OCTOBER 2003 WITH SWISS AMBASSADOR IN ISLAMABAD.

Below is the previous correspondence by Robina Hadayat to Swiss authorities and She needs all your help from Switzerland. Kindly have a look on this case and arrange a sponsorship for her to stay in Switzerland and Claim to her husband who is an illegal immigrant in Switzerland after having crossed Italian-Swiss Border.

Respected Sir,
As per my meeting held with you in the consulate for my marriage case. It is stated that I was married with Mr.Ashfaq Hussain on 12th March 2002. Who had been residing in Switzerland for the last 7years,
After this period as I came to know that he is again married in Switzerland after illegally crossing the Italian border to the nationality there.
Now Sir I request you that I want to claim the expanses which my parents done during my marriage from Mr. Ashfaq Hussain. The Parents of my husband ordered me to leave their home immediately and for the last one year I am living with my parents, As per the custom and tradition of Pakistan my parents provided me the house hold items and jewellary for my wedding to live in my in-laws. As my husband not contacted my for more than one year and also not provided me the living expenses. My in-laws in Pakistan have also not returned my jewellary and all my marriage expenses, which my father faced, who is heart patient and diabetic, the sum of amount expended on my wedding and living with my parents is almost 180 thousand Pak Rupee since yet. Kindly allow me to get my application in process for the refunding of marriage as well as living expenses. Therefore I will be able to live life lonely without him.

One more kindness I expect form your consulate that I may be given permission or short term visit visa to visit my husband in Zurich and settle down the matters with him. If please be given I will bear all my expenses there. And I am willing to see my husband in Swiss Court to claim my expenses.


I am sure Sir, My application will be processed under you kind control and I will be provided justice as Swiss Government is one of the fairness example in this world.

Subject: I wish to meet my husband who is declared as illegal immigrant in Switzerland.

With due respect to such a helpful court, as I have discussed earlier that I was married with Mr. Ashfaq Hussain on 12th March 2002. Who had been residing in Switzerland for the last 7years, after this period as I came to know that he is again married in Switzerland after illegally crossing the Italian border to the nationality there.
The kind Swiss Government and Consulate has had meeting with me in Islamabad on 5th September 2003.I have also submitted the supporting documents and marriage contract at that time. After that when the Swiss wife of my husband divorced him the consulate again called me to have a meeting on Wednesday 1st October 2003. And I may provided the permission to travel to Switzerland to meet my husband there who is facing the trial in Swiss Court. Secondly having got visit visa to meet my husband there I can also be able to claim the money spent by my parents on my wedding here as well as house hold charges for the last one year the time since I am living with my parents not in-laws.


Thirdly Sir, with your kind persuasion and recommendation I would like to travel with one of my brothers because lonely I cannot attend the court sessions in Switzerland.
My Uncle named Mr. Akhlaq Hussain living in UK will sponsor all my tour there and he will bear the travel expanses.


I am sure Sir that you will pursue my case and get Swiss Consulate Islamabad informed about that.

Subject: Thanks a lot for your help and we need some more.


Respected Sir,

With due respect I want to bring to your notice that I Robina Hidayat D/O Hidayat Hussain was called by the Swiss consulate Islamabad Pakistan on 5th September 2003 to have a meeting with consulate. The consulate has examined my all documents related to my marriage with Mr.Ashfaq Hussain.
The photocopies of the mentioned document have also been retained by the embassy. At the end of my interview with the relevant officer has explained to me that the decision of the court as a when received will be communicated and I will be called again accordingly.
However presently I am carrying my passport with the name of my father Hidayat Hussain that has also been examined in embassy. I have told in embassy and also shown the receipt under which I have submitted the passport fee on which the name of husband will be mentioned. But due to my case history as communicated before that the
Pakistani National identity Card of husband is not available even no photocopy. There fore the passport with the name of husband will not be issued.

As the case may prolong in Swiss court of Mr. Ashfaq Hussain which may be deported back by the honorable court. So it is requested that kindly allow me to travel on the passport with the father’s name on that, to see my husband during this time in Switzerland. In this regard I need your help a lot to kindly pursue the Swiss Consulate Pakistan to help me and allow to travel on the passport I have.

And I may provided the permission to travel to Switzerland to meet my husband there who is facing the trial in Swiss Court. Secondly having got visit visa to meet my husband there I can also be able to claim the money spent by my parents on my wedding here as well as house hold charges for the last one year the time since I am living with my parents not in-laws which is almost 180 Thousand PAK Rupees.


Thirdly my uncle living in UK who is a frequent traveler to Switzerland will manage Sir, All my travel and living expenses.

I am sure Sir that you will pursue my case and I will be provided visit visa, a permission on which I can travel and meet my husband there.
