Does anyone know the history of the church that was built on the corner of LHR and Upton Close? I see that it has been pulled down. It was built in the late 50's and the man in charge was a Mr Edwards.I would often lend a hand as a 10 or 11 year old and the bricks were stored in our backyard. The minister was Pastor Thomas who I think lived in Western Avenue but we left for Australia in 1960 and would like to hear what happened to it since.
