Insert disk 6. Click on special features. You'll see a couple of items listed that don't include the gag reels, but there's an arrow near thew bottom with the words "Main menu" next to it. Click that arrow and a second page of special features items comes up, with the gag reel included.

Not the most intuitive menu system, I must say. I had trouble finding it, too.
