The absence of a single hyphen is quite innocuous compared to Yolanda's butchery. It's not so much that I'm a grammar nazi as it is I'm a communications nazi. I had to read Yolanda's 'sentence' three or four times before I actually understood what she was saying. Just adding a few commas and periods would have made it instantly accessible.

I understood it on a first reading. Punctuation provides helpful information, but it is a testament to the fortunate redundancies of natural language that writing can often be understood without it. As a somewhat different example, I have replaced all the vowels in your previous reply with 'e'.

Hm, it's a bad example because I already know what It says. Care to furnish me with another?
