It's a sort of bread-based Italian foodstuff, since around Monday, and because it's tasty.

At our workshops, which are held in the evening, pizza is often provided. Payment for the pizza is on the order of a few dollars per person. Dollar coins a fine annoying way of paying, as they are hard to reject (because they claim to be actual money), and somewhat useless (because they aren't commonly used). Also, there's a bit of style inherent in doing something in an unusual way.

Bruschetta is the most delicious thing ever. It's like toasted italian bread with a tomato-basil topping. Like salsa, but more cosmpolitan.

I like buying things with money.
