Subject: Where's Maryna? The exciting new Factitious-Fan-Run-Contest!

Without Maryna, the forum has withered to a dessicated shadow of its once glorious self (it doesn't help that the only people who still seem to post on a regular basis are Albert, Factitious, and myself. *ahem* Aaron and Hana...) Therefore, I say that we hold a little contest and decide why exactly Maryna has been having a near-total lack of internet communication since around last Thursday (By Factitious's guesstimate). Now, her actual physical location is unimportant, and the title of this post is probably misleading, and should say "Why is Maryna not online, or, at least, posting/logging onto AIM?", but that sounds like and accusation, and doesn't flow as well. Which brings me to a small disclaimer.

We must all realize that any excuse is a fine excuse, and that we think nothing less of her for not being able to maintain the tremendous levels of online activity that she has done in the past.

That being said, I think that a horde of radioactive monkeys kidnapped her to perform bizzare experiments on her head, because they were getting bored failing to figure out a way for Eric Heaton to not be bored for longer than 5 minutes, Entries will be judged on probability, clarity, use of obscure Maryna facts (saying that she's busy making a pill that turns semen red to be sold at a joke shop gets extra points), a certain minimum standard of grammar and spelling, or, if I'm bored (which I most certainly will be, at some point), how entertaining it is to read. Submit said entries by replying to this post (anonymous posting will be reviled, graffitied, and spit upon for contest purposes), winner gets a photo of me with that famous and talented person, Factitious himself!

Do I negate the contest by posting?

In the meantime, I have my heart set on drawing a guest FOMS strip. Why should Albert get all the fun??
