I agree with Anonymous. Personal experiences and stories do not make valid points. Perhaps you could publish your the contents of your super-secret diary on how you don't like the fraternity or sorority members at your school, because that would be about as valid as this website currently is.

Allow me to make the point that an adherent of a belief system or a member of an organization cannot be used to write off the entire abstract system. For example, should someone who hates fraternities gun down a house full of fraternity members, it doesn't make your stance against them any less valid. Using the logic that you've employed on this website, however- extrapolating two "stories"- it would make you crazed, gun-toting maniacs.

If you do want to legitimately criticize fraternities- there's a large realm of opportunity for this- another way besides those that the other poster mentioned would be to look at the professed values of the organizations' national governing bodies, and see if the local chapters are true to that. National fraternities are for the most part strict about standards, but the local chapters are adept at lying to them and using their local alumni to cover up scandals- if you happen to squeal out chapter that aren't living up to what they are supposed to be (which it sounds like all the houses you've come in contact with), write their nationals with documented evidence. They'll either 1) run an alumni supervisory council and throw out most of the members, or 2) completely close down the chapter and try again in a few years with better people.

There are a lot of good fraternities and sororities out there that try and make better people, but they are outnumbered greatly by the poor ones that make drunks and Neanderthals, like the guy you interacted with. Rather than wasting your server space on overdone complaints, you could dedicate it to letting people know how to eradicate the bad ones and actually make some good point. Right now this website is farce.

And change your logo! You're embarassing yourselves.

I meant to say this website is "a" farce, not "this website is farce."
