Why not something more subtle than that? Something more....internal. Because then, you never know, Prospexa could start to influence certain members of the scooby gang, and near death, insanity and evilness always go down well with the audience.

I thought that maybe we could make Amy's head explode :)

Or, something else....

Also, I have episode 5 or 6. My idea's all about Anya (as its an anya centric episode) but if I get to work IN the Amy stuff (my concept will allow that, definately) can someone kill her in the a LATER episode? Y'see, if I introduce Amy, it'll be a glimpse, a flash, and as Anya doesn't know her very well....

I agree that daggers could be a bit too much like season 7.

My idea was to have Buffy trying to talk Amy down from a very high building somewhere. Then Amy would jump and Buffy would grab her just in time, as all heroes do. Except that Amy would kick and scream and twist and claw at Buffy until she's forced to let go. Not only would that haunt Buffy for the rest of the season, but it would make for an incredibly chilling scene. Especially if Amy laughs delightedly once she's worked herself free and is falling to her death.

The main reasons I'd go for it are, as I said, it would be an incredibly chilling scene and it would be an event that would haunt Buffy (and whoever else was there) for at least the rest of the season, probably for the rest of their lives.

But let's face it, having Amy kicking and screaming and clawing to make Buffy let go of her, and then laughing as she falls to her death, is not exactly puppies and roses. If we do go along with this we need to consider VERY SERIOUSLY the impact that this scene will have.

Whoever is writing Amy's death, feel free to use this idea if you want to, but if we go with it I think we should have a serious discussion about it in a dedicated thread first, to see if anyone thinks it should be toned down. The last thing we need to do is upset our fellow posters!
