Subject: These are our options, as far as I can see:
I think all the ideas are getting pretty similar now, so here's a list of all the possibilites I can see. I've tried to make them as basic as possible so that each writer can work out their ep on their own. Any other completely different options I've missed should be added to the end.
1. The vamped slayer turns up who is aurelius who wants to open the hellmouth and release her human soul (proserpexa) in demonic form. She raises the four horsemen to open the hellmouth and release her so she can destroy time.
2. The vamped slayer turns up (without any connection to any other character) who wants to open the hellmouth and release the demons therein, she summons the four horsemen to do the job, the scoobs manage to stop it, but not before one of the demons escapes.
3. The vamped slayer turns up who is aurelius who wants open the hellmouth, release the old ones ... (as above) ... but when it's opened all the demons have been killed, and only she comes out, she wants to destroy all dimensions by destroying time.
4. Modern vamped slayer, open hellmouth release a specific demon.
5. As above but old slayer/vampire
6. Killer bees... bees are scary
My vote goes to option 2. This then makes the vamped slayer the bad with personality and gives her a link to Buffy and Faith. The horsemen are her method of getting what she wants, and releasing one giant demon leaves room for a kick-ass fight in the finale.

I like all the cool connections involved. Aurelius connected to Proserpexa, who's connected to Willow, etc. And plus Ander and Xander would be so funny getting her name wrong (Prospecticus, Prosopoertica, Peripiuca)
Although killer bees are tempting :)

Killer bees *are* scary.
Seriously though, I like one and two. But I can't choose. I like 1, because it shows that "It's All Connected". Then again, the season may seem kinda WOOOSH! You know? That many major threats? It'll be hard. I'm going to have to go with 1 though, purely because any excuse to explore the Order of Aurelius is enough to get me excited.

Because, in the great nature of the show, the Vamped Slayer can show that EVERYONE, like they have the potential to do evil, also have the potential to do good...
Whether it involves a self-sacrifice as the only way of getting rid of the demon she raised, I don't know...
But choice2 it's not so muddy. And I reckon even though she's as evil as sin, we have to get the audience partly on her side (like we are for Angelus...well, I am *g*)...
Maybe, too - the vamped slayer is immensely interested in our slayers...
And just a thought but I just wonder if this Slayer can't be the one that was chosen pre-Buffy....After in the canon, no body has EVER mentioned her..

Seriously, I like 2 best of all. Though "it's all connected" 1 adds just a little too much complication.
Maybe when the Vamped Slayer uses the Horsemen to open the Hellmouth, they couls let out the killer bees... :P

It that I don't think it's connected enough. We have a Vamped Slayer with no connection, who after opening the Hellmouth, just one demon happens to get out. It seems too coincidental. If we could take aspects from both one and two and combine them I think that will be the best, meet somewhere in the middle. I also really think either way the 4 Horsemen should be killed at the end of the 2 parter in 14 and thats when the demoness should rise. But what decided that already, right?

There would be a connection, Anyas Butt Monkey and I are working on a proposal for you guys to show how the vamped slayer would be connected to the gang, and it would be BIGGER than you all think...and it would have some consequences for the person who summons her....I really think number two would work because...
First because it would allow the gang to see that the slayer just hasnt showed up, that she was summoned by a higher power AND it wouldnt bring Aurileus back because it would be like "WOW, LIKE FOUR BIG BADS!!!" ya know?

we can't just have a vamped slayer show up, afterall, it would be the first in history of buffyverse, so the vamped slayer has to be connected someway ...i am looking forward to your proposal though. Just lets try to meet in the middle, with the vamped slayer connected. The reason I like #1 though, is because it has a logical timeline and logical plot. There is order to it, and the vamped slayer is utilizing tools and has a plan...fewer loose ends is all. The 4 horsemen aren't really a BB or LB, they are a middle man and wouldn't have to be explored deeply, and the gang could return to research roots to find out about them...kinda like BTVS of old. But, i can compromise, and democracy wins anyways right...
