 im having trouble with writing and words right now. But Cassie your right, about showing up and disappearing. And i have to tell you TRUE, Thank you for getting me. (I heard you are looking for a mentor. if you haven't found one yet, i am one, would love to talk to you.) it meant a lot to me!!! I love the way you look at things altogether. I have to say to Paul, is that you my friend Paul Jones? i just dont feel at all identified with America. i just got born here. didnt pick America out. i hear its a great place to live. But consumer land is way to selfish for me. and i have never identified with america in any way at all. and i have to say again that patriotism right now makes me nauseated. i agree with True that it is an excuse for retaliation. Paul, im not sure that what your saying has anything to do with patriotism. Or you just feel that by being here we are it. Either way i honor your right to your own feelings about patriotism. maybe your poem should say I am America. instead of We are. unless in your eyes We are. well, enough of this. much love to all, Deidra ps. i spent the day at the fair showing factory farming videos and giving out literature on the subject. Right there beside the huge "Beef its Whats For Dinner" booth. what i noticed was how much i loved all the people. even in a big mass like that. That felt new to me. Being just cant help but love.
