Thanks Carrie for this story. It really touches me, no pun intended. Sandra seems to be such an incredible teacher of this work. I haven't met her yet, but she's coming to Portland to do a HSS with Holly next month so I'll meet her then.

It's wonderful to hear how powerful this was for you. I think our relationship to our bodies is such a huge factor in getting here fully. It's almost like the mind runs interference with the decisions it has made about our body that make it hard for us to consciously embody it. Hmmm...have to ponder this some more.

Anyway your story gives me great hope of coming to fully and lovingly inhabit THIS "slightly fat around the middle" body. Thank you so much.
