 I'm not wholly here today...absorbed in ruminations of an angry sort that I have yet to work through. My stuff, my responsibility. Just hard to feel.

Its strange to be so real. To not be hiding all the time. I've been quite angry about something lately and have spoken out of turn about it. Now I sit in this burn and wait and wait for whatever will come next.

I want to give you some feedback about my resistance to falling "up" (you're right in your later posting, it doesn't feel like "up" or "down" particularly to me either, just different qualities of being here). I'm not afraid of losing happiness, more the opposite, I fear losing my identity as this rather solid, often stuck, pain-filled me. If I were to fall through that opening, all who I now know myself to be might disappear. THAT is what scares me.

Thanks for what you say about trust. It is always so good to be reminded. Over and over and over...it can't be spoken enough. Trust and trust and trust some more. Yes, this serves me very well.

I so honor your process and your way of being here. I know that the exact you that you are will serve so many, so deeply and so well. I am honored to know you.
