Emma, I'm so glad to hear that you're still here. I hope that reading the stuff on this forum doesn't scare you off forever. As I remember, some of it is pretty raw. Hooray for you for sticking in here.

It seems to me that in starting out, an understanding of the hypermasculine impulse is so helpful. Because this impulse is so much a part of our way of looking at the world, our way of BEING in the world. Always trying to improve ourselves, get ahead, be better than...understand, make sense out of things, etc. etc. To relax out of all that is HARD! And yet, so simple.

Great blessings on the wondrous adventure ahead of you. Please know that you are being held and being loved in every moment.
