Today while walking my dog I noticed a small piece of rusty chain on the ground. I walked by and then...I noticed that I'd noticed it. If you notice something, it may be calling you out, it may be wanting to speak to you. Usually I marginalize such callings, but today I am in the same place that they are.

Holding this small piece of rusty chain in my hand while continuing to walk...I begin to get a sense of old "karmic" chains rusting and falling away. Old patterns no longer needing to be decisive. It's such a deep sense, a body knowing, a connection with something within and without that resonate in harmony.

Noticing...noticing what is noticed...so rich...

I see you Deidra, Gill and Kyla doing this with animals. Feeling into them...connecting with them...hearing what they have to say to you...and it's wonderful to hear. It warms my heart all the way down to it's material depths.

I feel such a love for you all.
