Gill, That familiar animal feeling I have felt also. We are animals, which is something we tend to forget and often deny, but our cells remeber. Until we learn that there is a different way to get through the day besides thinking and analyzing we will continue to do that, but it is apparent to me that to experience life is different than thinking about life or thinking about what we are experiencing. I see my self all the time having very wonderful contact with the feeling of Being and then observing how the mind jumps in to decide something about that experience. I just have to remind these elctricle impulses I call thoughts that they seem to totaly absent during an orgasim. Nobody is cool or interested in looking good. They are that moment but then the mind jumps in says some judgement. Not as good as last time or that was the best one. Like what is says makes it that way. I've noticed it does the same thing with sunsets. It's so amusing to have this little gnat buzzing in my ear. It also pisses me off enough to turn away and not listen.
