No, I don't think the fact that you're thinking again is the only problem. The body HURTS. I sat for a while today (it was lovely and sunny), with little on my mind, relaxing - and just saw how, despite these good circumstances, I was still in discomfort and a sort of agony - my body. It seems almost impossible to get true rest whilst alive as these persons we are. And I remembered all those teachings that kept telling me I was not my body! Oh yeah?

I had a real sense of immortality the other evening - but it was in Consciousness itself. It was quite moving, actually. But I don't wish for immortality of this body and mind and sincerely hope there's no such thing as reincarnation! It's another mystery, isn't it. Our infinite side, Consciousness, is eternal and therefore may well "attach" itself to the next body/mind that gets conceived somewhere. Or maybe there is a soul that reincarnates. Who knows? I try not to think about it these days.
