I too have such rage. I've found also that the beauty of my rage is in its utter honesty. I fucking hate this world. It IS a hell and it is unbearable. I'm so afraid of the patterns of history that continue today and the violence that overwhelms us it makes me want to end my own life so I don't have to be here.

I won't of course, because my body's own deepest urge is precisely to be here anyways: right inside the violence the world more and more is. But GODDAMN IT YES: how can I possibly live here when I feel what this world really is??
