I cant belive more cyclist dont run.

I mean come on...after all my bitching and moaning about how I hadnt ridden a bike in months, I managed to come out and turn out a respectable midpack expert finish at one of the early MTB races, while doing "social laps" - just crusing around chatting to spectators and the other racers.

So, was I full of shit about not touching a bike for months?

Nope, I failed to mention at the time, I had been running for at least an hour a day. Its a better work out than you could ever get on a bike.

"But I cant run, I have bad knees, ankles, ect." is a lame exscuse. I used to say the same thing, until I went to a running store to buy REAL running shoes.
