Sexual abuse is perpetrated by people in all walks of life. It is pure evil and is not Godly in any way, shape or form. This type of abuse is about power and not necessarily linked to religious organisations, although a perpertrator of such a crime may find a 'respectable' job or organisation to hide within. It is very important that any suspicions are investigated rather than buried in the sand, so to speak. It is important that victims are listened to and believed, and unfortunately people tend to not believe if the person accused is a doctor, priest, teacher, policeman, judge etc. We need to look at everything without prejudice - this is the key to rooting these evil people out, wherever they are hiding their crimes.
