I saw it last night. Once more Harry Potter was made to think that his father was still alive, but in the end found out that who he thought was his father was in fact himself gone back in time - and so was the magic dispelled by the reality of death. I suspect that the finale to the series will centre on Harry Potter coming to terms with the finality of the death of his parents (rather than Harry's own death as has been suggested). The very modern consolation to grief has already been extended to Harry Potter - 'your parents continue within you Harry, as long as you live they will never die'. There is no hint that the supernatural will prevail in the saga.

Reading tea leaves and looking into a crystal ball both featured in the film - but did you notice that both methods of divination were subtly discredited since they were employed ineffectively by the one teacher in the school who is clearly not any good at magic. An advert for the occult? I think not.
