 I am not suprissed pagan magz have tons of ppl offering love spells etc. My guess is these ppl are full of crap though and have no idea what they are doing. Even though i am wiccan i am skeptical of anyone who charges money for spells or things like tarot. Sadly i am sure these ppl probably make a lot of money. IRonically everony i meet think witchcraft is a bunch of hocus pocus yet somehow america has enough idiots to make ms cleo a millionaire. My friend actually called her up once cause she was bored. Ms cleo actually asked her if she had a credit card. Now if she is ap yschic shouldn't she know lol. Heck if i was paying 2 bucks a minute to hear her bs she better be able to tell me my credit card number.

I am not sure how binding breaks the wiccan rede in ur opinion, i mean when u bind some one it does not do anything harmful to them. I mean generally when i think of binding it be of one witch doing it so another loses their power. Binding is not like u curse some one.
