Affirmative action is just bullshit that sprung up when political correctness kicked in. It should be the best person for the job not the one with the darkest skin colour. Not so long ago at my dads work his employer had to employ a certain percentage of blacks think it was 4-5%. None of them had the skills or education required to do the job. Sure send them for educational programs until they know how to do the work, but as far as i am concerned it was just created so that fuckwits like Noah can have their paranoi eased a little bit in regards to "Whitey is holding me back getting a job"
