The major concern at the club is based on the managers inability to accept responsibility. He has signed any number of players normally prefixed with the comment 'I have been watching him for several weeks' they duly arrive play one game and become surplus to requirements. The fact that we used over 40 players this season is a clear indication of the managers motivational skills. It should be noted that despite the coming and going of some 20 plus players in the past two seasons, it was not until the end of past season when we started winning (or at least not losing) using more or less the same side that we finished season 2000/01.
With regards to the relative ability of the players, I believe that most of the squad would have no trouble playing for a number of clubs at this level, and will probably find a number will in the closed season. Who in their right mind would employ the manager?
