You appear to imply that Hadyn Bird was press ganged into the managers job. In fact he willingly jumped at the opportunity, having had no previous managerial experience perhaps he should consider himself lucky to be given the chance to manager at this level. With management goes responsibility, a situation that has been highlighted on this and the now defunct official site on numerous occasions. Nobody is twisting Haydn's arm up his back to remain as manager, however he should realise that plaudits and brickbats are an everyday part of management. This is regardless of whether you manage a Ryman League side, a proffessional club or the local Asda.
The great thing about supporting any football club, is the opportunity to express your opinion, the club by acepting our admission fee have given us this right. If criticism cannot be be expressed perhaps they should consider playing behind closed doors.
