Hello,
I was trying to help out someone the other day by letting her boost off my car. While she was, my car ended up stopping. Now the key will not come out and it sounds like it wants to turn but runs for only 3 seconds and stops again. I called in on OnStar, and told me I had to reset the computer, and I've done what they told me to do with nothing. Just wondering if anyone out there knows anything about this. Really don't want to take it in if it's a simple thing. This has happened before, and the mechanics just said they unhooked the battery, which I have done, but with nothing happenning.
