Subject: Pageant results


Here are the results of the two state pageants held this afternoon in Fond du Lac:

Miss Wisconsin-USA 2023:

WINNER---Alexis Maria Loomans, 21, of Waunakee (Miss Dane County-USA 2023)
(Formerly Miss Wisconsin Teen-USA 2018, did not place at nationals held in Shreveport, Louisiana). Alexis is now the fourth former Miss Wisconsin-Teen-USA to win Miss Wisconsin-USA crown, and she will now advance to the 2023 Miss USA pageant in Reno, Nevada.

FIRST RUNNER-UP--Miranda Fenzau, of Fontana, Wisconsin/Orland Park, Illinois (Miss Fontana-On-Geneva-Lake-USA 2023) (Formerly Miss Illinois Teen-USA 2014, did not place at nationals, later named fourth runner-up to Miss Illinois-USA 2022)
SECOND RUNNER-UP--Jade Flury, of Wausau (Miss Wausau-USA 2023) (Wausau news anchor at WSAW Channel 7 from Houston, Texas)
THIRD RUNNER-UP--Jessica Susan Hammer, of Milwaukee/Endeavor (Miss Southern Wisconsin-USA 2023)
FOURTH RUNNER-UP--Jamie Fay Walloch, Madison/Evansville (Miss Evansville-USA 2023)

*Among top 10----Haley Anya Schonter, of Racine (Miss Racine County -USA 2023)
*People's Choice winner, Olivia Horvath, of Silver Lake (Miss Kenosha County-USA 2023)


Miss Wisconsin Teen-USA 2023:

WINNER---Shelby Hohneke, 17, of Hudson (Miss Hudson Teen-USA 2023) (Won the state teen title on her fourth attempt; Formerly National American Miss Jr. Teen Wisconsin 2018)

FIRST RUNNER-UP--Emmaline Stegeman, of Mequon (Miss Northwoods Teen-USA 2023)
SECOND RUNNER-UP--Izel Smyth, of Wisconsin Dells (Miss Wisconsin Dells Teen-USA 2023)
THIRD RUNNER-UP---E'mera Harris, of Milwaukee (Miss Milwaukee County Teen-USA 2023)
FOURTH RUNNER-UP--Olivia Negri, of Park Falls (Miss Price County Teen-USA 2023)

*Miss Photogenic Teen--Taylor Kolasinski, of Menasha (Miss Menasha Teen-USA 2023)
*Evening Gown award--Jaidan Webb, of Eagle River (Miss Eagle River Teen-USA 2023)

Congratulations to all who completed, and best wishes to Alexis and Shelby when competing later this fall for the national crown in Reno, Nevada, when that city hosts the 2023 Miss USA and Miss Teen-USA pageants.
