The only thing that surprised me was Miss New Berlin's exclusion from the top 5. She was the People's Choice winner, but one would think that she made top 10 anyway based on the judges' scores. IMO, she was polished in every area of the commpetition. It was, however, nice to see two newcomers in the top 5: Madison and Door County. It was Door County's highest placement ever at Miss Wisconsin.
