I think the third title is up for grabs with it probably going to either Crystel Rivera or Evelyn Green.

What I don't understand is these women that go from local to local and never win and never have even made top 10 at state (they know who they are). They may have won their hometown local once upon a time, but realize YOU HAD NO COMPETITION IN THAT LOCAL. What is their motivation in continueing? It costs money to travel to all these locals and you walk away with nothing except the fact that you once again put yourself out there, perhaps improved on your interview skills and possibly made a new friend or two. IMO, it just isn't worth it.
