Subject: Just before I go, I ask of you a simple poll....
If after the show's third season, ME was told that Buffy had to emulate another successful series in order to stay on the air, which show would you have wanted Buffy to become?
Personally, I would've loved Buffy to have gone the way of Melrose Place.... They'd all be shagging each other (no change there, then), there'd be the mad obsessed one (who wouldn't have loved Anya if she was a crazy bitch who blew up the USC halls where Buffy, Willow and Tara all lived?!), the vampy bitch (I'm seeing BUffy....) who uses her feminine wiles to work her charms over all the mean.... and of course, more marriages, divorces, and murder attempts than you can shake a stick at :)

Alias keeps the quality level up and the excitement. They would have to give up most of the demonology and magic that makes BtVS a "cult" show.
