That is precisely what I was referring to: "Why, God, Why?" and "Gabbery."

How does a web site work in this regard?

1. Table of Contents
2. Each element of the TOC is linked to a unique page
3. Each page has information posted

The informaton posted is the badfic with select reviews and comments.

Tiered format works perfectly for dissemination of information with no discussion:

1. Topic Title, with badfic posted
2. Reviews: all posts to go under one thread, which goes under the main topic thread
3. Comments: all posts to go under one thread, which goes under the main topic thread

Remember that information dissemination is not about discussion, but clear, organized presentation.
