I just found my Tetsukage. Fortunately, he'd made it out of the wreckage to a local shelter where he received proper medical attention, but he suffered some pretty bad lacerations and a few broken bones. Until those heal, he won't be able to use most of his ninja-skills.
In the meantime, he's borrowing one of my flamethrowers to compensate.
